Time Frame: 1 Year

Objective: To create a direct response marketing campaign that increases attendance for Zane’s fiduciary Trust and Estate conferences. The conferences, scheduled for 23 cities throughout the year, were predominately the only sales outlet for Zane’s product — a software package designed for accountants and lawyers who specialize in death and estate taxation.

Target Audience: Accountants, Lawyers, Investment Advisors
and Trust Administrators. (client supplied data-base).

Solution:    Part 1: A postcard tickler.

                    Part 2: The core invitation consisting of; a clover leaf brochure, RSVP /BRC, letter from the Conference
                                  organizers, along with customized laser driven insert highlighting times, date, location, maps &                                   directions.

                    Part 3: An incentive laden follow-up postcard.

Accounting: RSVP registration BRCs and 800# calls.

Fulfillment/Outsourcing: Component printing /Client handled ongoing fulfillment.
