Objective: Systems Management Magazine required a way to secure and increase revenues from their advertising client base. The publication needed an effective and economical way to reach current advertisers as well as companies whom they targeted as potential clients.

Target Audience: 30,000 new and existing technology based
companies (client supplied data-base).

Solution: A four part series mailing reinforcing the message
“Run your ad, with the leaders.” Individual pieces included testimonial
and profile letters highlighting the publications readership.

Accounting: 800# calls to the publication.

Fulfillment/Outsourcing: Brochure & letterhead printing/Fulfillment letter shop and list management in-house.

Results: 90% retention average, 3% new response.
