Time Frame: 6 Months

Objective: To open dialogue between Provident and
key International Mutual Fund administrators.
The ultimate goal was to have at least one of these
targeted funds switch their custodial and accounting
responsibilities to Provident.

Target Audience: 500 key “corner office decision makers” in charge of International fund administration.

Solution: A 5 part series mailing, soft selling Provident's
experience and benefits in the very complicated world of
International finance. Each individual self mailing piece resembled a passport and contained a real piece of foreign currency along with a letter describing how Provident came to the aid of an investor in that particular foreign country.

Accounting: 800# calls direct to client.

Fulfillment/Outsourcing: Passport printing/Fulfillment in-house .
