Time Frame: Single Mailing

Objective: GE needed to economically get samples of the extruded plastic glazing material on the desks of Architects, Builders and Engineers throughout North and South America.

Target Audience: 5,000 Architects, Builders and Engineers (client supplied data-base).

Solution: A 3-D multi-component single self mailing sampler. The piece consisted of a custom designed box, 3 samples of Lexan with spec labels along with a mini capabilities brochure with BRC.

Accounting: BRC and 800# calls.

Fulfillment/Outsourcing: Box, labels & brochure printing/Don Quenella School packout/Fulfillment handled by The Hibbert Group.

Results: @ 42% response (BRC’s and 800# calls direct to client).
