& shareholder newsletter. The focus was the human interest side
of the giant publically owned corporation.
Target Audience: Employees, retirees and shareholders of
American Waterworks and their subsidiaries.
Solution: “Reflections” a simply beautiful and informative
newsletter written in plain english.
